Dr. Budson will lecture on dementia, specifically Alzheimer’s disease. He will discuss the signs and symptoms to look for and go over case studies with some of his patients to provide us with a good understanding and progression of the disease. He will talk about the caregiver issues and when it is time for them to refer the patient to the appropriate facility and what that might be. He will of course discuss possible treatments that are currently being researched.
